Do you read any info on the game in the papers or internet before a game?

Just what's in the Programme, nothing else really.

How do you spend your time before coming to the ground?

I'll get up and have a bit of breakfast and get the bag and boots ready. I'll watch a bit of Soccer AM and then set off to the ground.

What do you have to eat prior to a game?

Normally cereal and toast for breakfast and maybe a bit of chicken and beans or something for lunch.

Do you suffer from pre-match nerves?

Not really unless it's a really big game. If it's a Cup game you might have some slight nerves but I'm fine most of the time.

Do you have any matchday superstitions or lucky charms?

Nothing at all really - I don't have any.

If it's an away game, how do you like to pass time during the journey?

Just sit with Humphs and Nelse and listen to their stories - that usually bores me to sleep!

What do you like to do to unwind after a game?

I sometimes go for a few beers with the lads but if not I'll probably just sit in with a takeaway and relax.
